A new website has been launched to sell Ontario seed potatoes by the Ontario Seed Potato Growers Association (OSPGA), a Nov. 11 news release says.
Potato growers are encouraged to check out the new website. Under the “Our Growers” section potato varieties grown by Ontario growers are listed. Contact information for the seed farms are listed on the home page of the website.
The vision of OSPGA is “Ontario seed potato production meets the total high quality seed requirements for all commercial growers in Ontario for a more economically and environmentally sustainable potato sector with a reduced carbon footprint in accordance with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.”
