The World Potato Congress is the premier networking organization for the global potato value chain. The 11th World Potato Congress will welcome partners from across the globe to support research in this sector, while making vital connections on a global stage. The Congress will provide an excellent opportunity for the potato industry to network, make new business connections, engage with the global audience and secure contracts whilst attending WPC 2021. For the first time, the Congress of the European Potato Trade Association, Europatat will be combined with the World Potato Congress, for a week-long programme of activities in Dublin. WPC2021 Proposed Program and Theme The WPC 2021 proposed theme of “The Changing World of the Potato” reflects the dynamics of change within the food industry and how the potato industry must address the challenges and opportunities at hand. The WPC 2021 program will provide a platform to present, engage, analyze and develop the potato industry while discussing key trends and involving all stakeholders. Congress Venue and Exhibition Space WPC 2021, the 11th World Potato Congress, will take place at the historical RDS Venue, www.rds.ie from 24 to 27 May, 2021. The central focus of the exhibition space will ensure maximum footfall and engagement of the delegates. Meeting spaces are located off the exhibition hall with catering, seating, networking and business meeting spaces, all centrally located to maximize engagement. The WPC 2021 Congress exhibition will be open from Monday evening until Wednesday evening. The lecture halls are focused around the central exhibition hall with excellent networking space and meeting options available for our sponsors and exhibitors. Exhibition Opportunities The Congress will provide an opportunity for organizations to book exhibition only space at the Congress. The exhibition area will be a hub of activity, from catering zones, lounge areas, poster zones and sponsor stands. Details of rates and floor plans will be made available in 2019.
