SPUDNIK Equipment Company LLC is excited to announce they have entered into an agreement to purchase STC Trailer LLC of Blackfoot, Idaho. This acquisition will go into effect on January 1, 2020.
STC Trailer LLC has served the potato industry well over the past several years by building top quality trailers and bulk beds. The addition of Trailers and Stainless Steel Bulk Beds is an important ingredient in completing the SPUDNIK line of products for its customers. The company is proud to continue producing the STC Trailer Products under the SPUDNIK name in 2020.
