Potato Expo Innovation Hub 2019 Open And Accepting Submissions

Following a highly successful launch at the Potato Expo 2018, the Potato Expo Innovation Hub is now open and accepting abstract submissions for the Potato Expo 2019, the largest convention and trade show for the potato industry drawing more than 2,000 attendees and over 180 exhibiting companies. Potato Expo takes place January 9-10, 2019 at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas.

Located on the Trade Show floor, the Potato Expo Innovation Hub will be the centre of education programming and will include presentations, panel discussions, research findings and potatoes as the star of the food world. Session options include a variety of educational topics such as production, research, consumer trends, food safety, globalization, food service, labour, and use of marketing and social media to network, increase sales and more.

The Potato Expo Innovation Hub “Main Stage” will feature over 20 events.

All proposals must be submitted by July 31, 2018 via http://potato.onscore.net.  Members of the Potato Expo community will be invited to vote on the topics they find most interesting. Accepted submissions will be announced September 15, 2018.
